Why are certain items only available for in-store purchase?

At NEVER we believe in supporting our community and the artists within it. Often an item will be made through a local collaboration specifically to be an in-store perk for our brick and mortar location and the patrons that frequent it.

 

What is your return policy?

We’re happy to offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory, with the exception of: gift cards, sale items, and items specified in their description as one of a kind or original art.

  • For exchanges, you will need to get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods. Please email us at shop@nevercoffeelab.com with your concerns and your order number. Note: Items returned without a prior approval through our customer service team will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are offered for regular priced, unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original undamaged packaging.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt. Exchanges received more than 30 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted.

How do I know what size to order?

Apparel is a unisex fit. We recommend washing garments in cold water and air drying for a lasting fit.

 

What if you’re out of my size?

If a product is out of stock we are either re-ordering and will have your size soon or we haven't made plans to restock that item just yet. We will have new sizes and items coming into the shop often so please check back regularly.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We have partnered with Paypal to provide you with a trusted avenue for payment. We are working to offer more payment options in the future, if you have a suggestion please email us, shop@nevercoffeelab.com.

If you’re in Portland, stop by the NEVER shop where we accept cash, card (debit and credit) or gift cards for all items.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently offer gift cards for purchase at our NEVER Belmont shop location only. Gift cards can be purchased in increments of $5 and $10 and used for in-store purchases only. We are working on updating our offering, so check back soon!

Shipping faq

 

How do you calculate shipping fees?

We calculate shipping based on the U.S. zones defined by our carrier and the weight of your box. View the map below to find your zone.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

 

When will you ship my order?

We ship boxes twice per week. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

 

When will I receive my order?

We currently ship with FedEx Ground, when your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please view the map below to find your shipping window for an estimated arrival time. We are working to offer faster shipping options in the future.

 

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking information will be email to you by shop@nevercoffeelab.com  once your package has shipped. Please see the other answers and the map within the FAQ shipping section for more detailed information on shipping times, policies and practices.

 

Can I update my order or address once my order has been placed?

Certain changes can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email our customer service team at shop@nevercoffeelab.com and provide your order number and your request. Changes made after 2 hours are not guaranteed to process.
